Pages Now Backup

After about a week or so of this site being barely running (due to quite a few unexpected problems after upgrading to Wordpress 2.1) I have most of the pages backup and running. I guess they changed how pages and posts are organized the Wordpress database, so after upgrading all my pages moved over the posts section, took quite some time to individually move them back and remove duplicate entries.
Thus far, Wordpress 2.1 has been a total nightmare. I’ve always been a big fan of Wordpress, but if you’re planning to upgrade at all, ask yourself if the benefits really outweigh the possible consequences, and if you do decide to upgrade, make sure to do a full FTP and SQL backup before proceeding. Also Lorelle also has some good guidelines on her blog about upgrading to wordpress 2.1 and compatible plugins.
